Have you notice cracks on your front cross-drilled rotors, that 5-10% of the cross drilled holes are showing a 2mm or less crack. Should you be looking at OEM rotors and are the replacements the best solution in this case?
What you're seeing on your brake rotors would be consider to be "normal" wear. Don't panic about it at this point. But be prepared to replace the rotors once it's time for a brake pad change. Yes, the brakes on Lambos are Brembo. Yes, if you buy a Brembo upgrade kit the caliper adapter brackets are included. For what OEM rotors cost it makes more sense to buy the complete upgrade kit. Afterwards you'll be able to buy replacement rotors from Brembo and not Lambo, avoiding some of the crazy price increase.
